You are responsible for all brokerage fees, duties and taxes associated with your international order Including European Countries.  These fees are not charged at the time of purchase and will be collected once your package arrives to you.  We have no control over these charges.  Customs policies vary widely from country to country, Please know the ingredients allowed in your country before ordering as we will not refund orders rejected or disposed by your country's customs . If an order is returned to us for any reason we will not refund postage and will take postage from the value of your order before refunding as well as any money to recover any damage caused.

We deliver worldwide. Orders are dispatched within 3 working days. During sales upto 5 working days.
Express orders are shipped next day not the same day. Monday to Thursday Order placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday.
All orders are sent by tracked mail. Please note  we are closed on bank holidays and public hoildays..  Your order will be shipped the next working day. When selecting please bare in mind standard delivery and can take up to 30 days to be delivered. Please do not select if you need your product urgently. Track standard delivery via your country's post office website. Tracking may not always work depending on your country, we will not issue refund on standard orders that are lost until 30 days after dispatch. 

Express orders next working days ( Monday to Thursday) Order Before 11:30am. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday. There is no weekend shipping

Local Collect UK. simply use local post office address as delivery address and we will deliver there for you to collect. Collect from local post office. please enter local post office as delivery address.

International order are shipping through UPS Or DHL

Returns 
We do not accept returns on items that have been open. Products must be returned within 14 days. Please email us for returns. Please note if the wrong item or package is delivered instead of your order, we will send return label by email for the item to be returned before sending out another package or issuing a refund if needed. Should you choose to keep the wrong items we will not issue a refund. Please note as all skin are different we advice customers to use products for 3 months to achieve results.
